Please Read This In Its Entirety
Kentucky Center Actor Call
You may arrive any time after 4:00PM
Do not enter through the Kentucky Center Lobby
We do not have stage access until 6:00PM
5:45PM: Call Time - on Bomhard Loading Dock - DO NOT COME THROUGH THE LOBBY
On Time: Please do your very best to give yourself enough time to park, walk and be prepared to be on time for rehearsal. We only have 1 hour.
6:00PM: Move into dressing rooms
6:15PM: Everyone in the house to begin rehearsal
Rehearsal: We may not have time to run numbers in their entirety. The purpose of this rehearsal is to facilitate entrances and exits and iron out any problem spots.
7:30PM: House Opens
8:00PM: Show Begins - If we can go at 7:45PM, we will.
8:00PM: Spike Davis
8:45PM: Ease on Down to OZ
9:30PM: Show Ends
9:30PM-10:30PM: Strike - We need all hands on deck to get out on time.
Attire: THIS HAS CHANGED: Please wear something formal - we decided not to provide character costumes because Dorthy is sick. So we are switching the format. Let us know if you need any assistance of any kind as soon as possible.
The attire is formal wear.
Tuxes and suits and gowns.

If you and Emily already tried on a costume, that’s still the plan—go with what you picked. For anyone who hasn’t tried on a costume yet, please plan to bring your own. Thanks!
If you are singing multiple songs, you have to option or wearing multiple costume, or you can stay in one look. It's up to you.
Hair: You will be responsible for your own hair and makeup.
Comp Tickets: Everyone will receive two comp tickets to the SHOW ONLY. Tell your guests to arrive at 7:30 and report to the front deck and check in with the person wearing a faith works shirt.
