Important Information
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Teacher training for new staff TBA.
- If you become sick/have an emergency, are running late or have a question please call Emily at 502-558-9986, so she can arrange for a sub and communicate with the site director.
- Uniform - khaki, black or navy shorts, clean tennis shoes and provided faith works shirt.
- There are two payouts for the summer. Your payments will be distributed on July 14 (includes June 21- June 30 classes) and July 28 (includes July 3-July 14 classes).
- You will be compensated $75 for each 90 minute class.
- We ask that you arrive no less than 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled class in order to check in with the site director and get setup for a timely start.
- Make sure you check in with the site director, introduce yourself and let them know you are with Faith Works and are there to provide enrichment through Evolve502.
- Sign in and out with the site director every session that you teach. This is a requirement of Evolve502
- Complete your daily time sheet and have it signed by the site director. Time sheets get submitted to Emily once completed. You must use a different time sheet for each site. If you are at the same site, but serving different groups of kids, elementary and middle/high, each group of kids requires a different time sheet. If you are at the same site, multiple days, with the same group of kids, elementary only or middle/high only, you may use the same time sheet for the week. Time sheets must be completed and submitted for us to get paid for sessions taught.
- Do not take more than 30 students. If they have more registered, offer to do two 45 minute sessions or three 30 minute sessions depending on numbers. Please note that there may be multiple vendors at the same site at the same time as you. This is not a mistake; sites requested multiple vendors at the same time for enrichment.
- Take at least two pictures each session. Selfies with the kids are great as well.
- Complete your daily google form reflection for each site you visited on that day. Form must be completed daily by 8:00PM. Use the orange button below to be connected to the form.
