GIVE FOR GOOD LOUISVILLE

Dear FaithWORKS Family,
I hope you had a wonderful summer and that this new school year is off to a great start for you and your family! It’s hard to believe we’re already stepping into another season at FaithWORKS, and I’m excited about what’s ahead.
Over the years, you have supported FaithWORKS in so many ways. You may have purchased a ticket, volunteered your time, performed on our stage, made a donation, brought a student to a program, or simply cheered us on. However you became part of the FaithWORKS family, thank you.
As we begin this season, I’m asking you to stand with us for Give for Good Louisville as we work toward a $15,000 goal for Off the Page, On the Stage—our signature program bringing professional live theatre experiences to young people across our community.
Last school year, with the help of Give for Good, grants, and community partners, FaithWORKS served more than 8,000 students. And along the way, we learned something important: when schools can’t come to us, we can bring the show to them.
We know schools and families are navigating a challenging and uncertain time. Budgets are stretched. Transportation is expensive. Educators are being asked to do more with fewer resources. We don’t want any of those realities to be the reason a young person misses the opportunity to experience live theatre.
So, we’re meeting kids where they are.
In addition to welcoming students to FaithWORKS for our full Off the Page, On the Stage field trip experience, we are taking professional productions directly into schools. We bring the show to their auditorium, gym, cafeteria—or wherever students can gather. They experience a live performance, meet the professional actors, and participate in a Q&A, all without the school having to put a single child on a bus.
That is what your gift makes possible.
This Give for Good Louisville, our goal is to raise $15,000 to help us say YES to more schools and more young people. Whether you can give $10, $25, $100, $500—or simply share our campaign with someone else—you are helping us remove barriers and bring meaningful arts experiences directly to students.
At a moment when there is so much we cannot control, this is something we can do together: make sure our young people continue to have opportunities to imagine, create, learn, and discover new possibilities for themselves.
And on a personal note, I’ve had the incredible privilege of spending the past five months working at Disneyland Paris, and I am so happy to be coming home and getting back to work as we begin another FaithWORKS season. I’ve missed our community, our artists, our young people, and our audiences—and I’m ready to get started!
We have an exciting season ahead. And I’ll give you just one little preview…
