Arrival Times:
Please enter through the Bomhard theater stage door entrance. If you are looking at the Kentucky Center, the stage door is to the right of the building, in the alley, (Place Montpellier), and up the ramp. 
3:30PM Rhythm Section
4:00PM Singers
4:30PM Horns

Attire:
Band: Black dress pants, black dress shoes, white dress shirt. Jacket will be provided.
Singers: Formal wear

You do not need to come dressed. You will have access to the dressing rooms.

6:00PM - 7:00PM - Break

8:00PM - Go
